Charlotte Stokely is quite busy, but she is making an exception to visit one of her patients. Darlene's best friend, Charlotte's wife, Elena Koshka, is Elena's favorite patient. The attractive doctor enters Elena's bedroom and discovers Elena on her bed, using her foot to prop up her ankle.
